The DCP provides a supplement to your primary retirement savings benefits and allows you the flexibility to tailor your retirement plan to best fit your goals and future financial needs. Participation in the DCP is strictly voluntary; however, you should consider how this plan could be a valuable component within your overall financial planning strategy. This site will help you better understand the DCP and the importance of your enrollment decisions — both the amount you may choose to defer as well as your distribution elections.

What you need to do now

The Deferred Compensation Plan’s enrollment window for 2024 base pay begins Wednesday, November 1, 2023 and closes Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m., Eastern time. During this window, you can elect to defer a percentage of your 2024 base pay.

If you want to defer, you must enroll in the plan by November 30, 2023. What happens if you take no action?
